Stories from real customers of Resting Paws Pet Cemetery & Crematorium Inc.
Resting Paws Cemetery & Crematorium did the cremation of our family dog Reba. My husband and son witnessed the cremation. Our family pet was treated with respect until the end. We received a nice wood urn which hold her picture. The service provided by Patrick and Sabine is impeccable. From beginning to end, they provided caring and compassionate service in these delicate moments. We were never left in the dark. They were there to guide us through the process. They made this difficult period bearable for our family and for that, I thank them for the bottom of our hearts.
When our cockatiel, Rizzo, passed away, we were devastated. I contacted Resting Paws by email and Sabine replied back within an hour. She was very kind, compassionate and sensitive to what we were going through. We met with her and Patrick and knew right away Rizzo was in good hands and our final wishes for her would be carried out. I highly recommend using their services, they truly care about your cherished pet.
We contacted Resting Paws in late July of this year. Patrick was very helpful and easy to talk to regarding our needs. We found him very accessible and spent a lot of time with us at the cemetery which meant so much. It helped us understand that our companion was being cared for as much as possible. We would highly recommend contacting Patrick for any questions regarding the amazing and thoughtful service he provides at such an extremely difficult time.
I wish to thank you for the professional and compassionate way in which you handled the arrangements for our cat Whiskers. The plaque is lovely as well. I would recommend your service to anyone.

Found out while on vacation out of country that our 13 yr. old collie had passed away while in a relative’s care. Upon our return we searched and found Resting Paws on the internet. Sabine answered all our questions in a compassionate and patient manner and Patrick picked up our old puppy soon after from the sitters residence which is in Ottawa but 100 km from us. A really difficult time was made more bearable by their much needed services. My wife and I later attended the scattering of ashes at their well kept facility and grounds. Very happy with their services and thankful that they persevered in overcoming the obstacles to establish Resting Paws. They are not just in it for money, obviously.
