Aven “An Arctic Wildflower”
O’Malley you were my baby for just over 16 yrs. You came to me as a kitten your eyes barely open. You grew into the most amazing companion I could ever have imagined. You needed to be on me or at least touching me every minute of your life. Once I got married you had initial reservations about the living arrangements but soon came to realize it only meant you would get double the attention and you ended up stealing my wife’s heart to.
We miss you terribly O’Malley (“Baby Bear”, “Malley Bear”, “Big O”) Rest well and we’ll see you again on the other side of Rainbow Bridge.
KT came to us shortly after we lost our dog. She was with us for 17 years and she was a special girl. She loved her humans and her humans loved her. We miss KT very much.
1998 – 2006
Tabbs joined our family after being rescued from the SPCA at approximately 2 years old. Who can resist the love of a big cat? As with all cats Tabbs was a character. He was voice full in the daytime and full of affection at night. We were fortunate enough to have him for 8 years before he had to be put to rest. Although Tabbs took exception to travel, he came with us to Africa for 4 years (KLM took exceptionally good care of him during his flight). He returned to the frigid cold of Canada in 2005 and had to be put down in 2006. The good times and laughter we had with him will remain with us the rest of our lives. He actually has the honor of being the first cat placed in the Resting Paws Cemetery & Crematorium Virtual Cemetery. He was part of the inspiration for starting up our business.
I just want to send out a huge thank you to Sabine and Patrick from Resting Paws Cemetery & Crematorium Inc. for their professionalism and, more importantly, their compassion as we make decisions about Charlie. They went above and beyond when he crossed the bridge the night before I was to leave the country for a week and ensured that I had nothing to worry about and that Charlie would be taken care of. I highly recommend them when that inevitable day comes for any pets.
